What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas

Braden and I went down to Las Vegas Sunday afternoon. I had a Jane Iredale Makeup Training on Monday, so we decided it would be worth it to spend the night since i was getting paid. We stayed in the Mirage. I had my first gambling experience...quite a good experience. It took me a while to figure out what i was doing, then i found the machine that i knew would be good to me. I won 50 dollars off of that machine in one push of a button. Being the high roller that I am, of coarse i would switch machines because i knew what i was doing. I moved 2 machines over and pulled the magic lever...chaching, 30 more dollars. It was a good gambling night for me. I left my winnings with Braden while i was at meetings all day on Monday, and wouldn't you know...he lost all of it but 20 dollars. I am confident that he would have lost it all if he didn't have to come pick me up. We had a fun time even though we left with empty pockets.

Pine Valley Getaway

Friday March 6th I only had to work a half day, So Braden had a bright idea to go to Pine Valley that afternoon. We packed up some stuff and headed to the cabin. Braden decided that it would be a grand idea to take the pinto dirt road there...it wasn't quite a dirt road, it was more like a mud/snow/ice road. He had a blast driving on it, but I had some serious anxiety by the time we made it there. Braden built a fire and I made pizza for dinner, then we watched a movie. Harley absolutely loved it because there was a lot of snow and he loves playing in the snow. The water was shut off at the cabin, so we headed home that night so i wouldn't have to freeze my cheeks going outside. It was a fun adventure and a fun break from life!

Woods Ranch Sledding Adventure

Saturday the 20th, we went sledding up at Woods Ranch. Tyler, his friend KJ, and my parents came up to go sledding with us. Harley loved it. He would follow us to the top of the mountain and then he would chase us down. The weather was great. It snowed all morning, but when we got up there it stopped.

My Real Birthday!

My Grandma and My Mom came up to Cedar for my birthday! I had to work all day, but it wasn't too bad. I gave my mom microderm and i waxed my grandmas eye brows and lasered some dark spots off of her face. Lasering my grandma was the most fun laser i have ever done. Every time the laser would go off she would yell and about jump off the table. Braden tried to video it, but it didn't work out, jut know that it was very funny. After we got done at the Spa my Grandma took me, my mom, Braden out to Applebees for Dinner. I'm Really glad my mom and grandma came up, it was a lot of fun. Braden woke me up at 630 on my birthday to make me open the present he got for me. He got me new running shoes that i needed so badly. He also took me on a picnic for lunch and made me a very Delicious chocolate birthday cake. I would have to say that my 21st birthday will be one to remember forever!

Valentines Day

Braden and I celebrated Valentines Day on Friday because neither of us had to work that day. We went out to lunch and then we went to the movie Valentines Day. For dinner we made chicken cordonblu. Braden actually surprised me on Thursday with some flowers a large bear that says I Love You(haha) and a really cute card. Braden had class Friday morning at 8 so while he was gone i made him French toast and then I also got him a 6 pack of Mountain Dew and some Charleston Chews. Nothing Says romance like mountain dew and candy. We are making a heart with our hands in this picture if you can't tell. Braden was very happy about taking any of these pictures. We are spelling out LOVE! We went to church with my parents on Valentines day!

Saturday night Braden and I babysat Taizlee, Tanner, and Callie so their parents could go on a date for Valentines Day. We had a lot of fun watching them!

Bunko Babes

This is the group of girls that I play bunko with. If you have never played bunko, i suggest you try it. I Won the most points award last bunko night. My strategy was to roll the dice as fast as possible, it seemed to work out for me!

The Month of My Birthday

This year I had 3 Birthday parties. Jana and I had a combined birthday party on Feb. 7th. Jana's birthday was really on the 7th and so was the Super Bowl so that was fun. Me and Nate had a combined birthday party a week later on Feb. 14th A.K.A Valentines Day! Nate's birthday is on the 14th.
